We'll get clarity on where your time goes so you can be intentional with your future. Then we'll build a task system proven to leave you less overwhelmed, not more.
I’ve been surprised at how many accomplished people don’t have an intentional system for managing their time and tasks. If it isn’t apparent to the outside world or in their work, it’s apparent in how they feel. They're frenetic, stressed, or overwhelmed.
The Time & Task Audit gives you a six-step audit of where your time actually goes, and a four-rule system for organizing everything you have to do.
PART O1:
Do you feel like you don't know where your time goes? Or that there isn't enough time to attend to everything that's important to you?
We'll start by uncovering where your time is going. We'll then discern how this aligns (or misaligns) with what's essential to you. If there's misalignment, you'll get a clear roadmap on how to course-correct so that you're spending your most valuable asset with care.
Time Audit
Where is your to-do list? Does it capture everything that counts? Does it help you accomplish near-term tasks and build towards long-term goals?
Let's build a task management system that is actually useful and easy to maintain. You'll get the four steps that take you from scattered and managed. You'll deliberately prioritize what's essential and intentionally neglect what's not. You'll also get the top tech tool for getting and staying organized.
PART O2:

Two modules from Life, Managed: a six-step Time Audit and a four-rule Task Management system. Both are self-paced and on-demand.
I first developed systems for time and task management as a student at Berkeley and later at Harvard. Later, as a public policy professional and attorney, I cultivated skills to manage work-life in demanding, high-stakes environments.
Over the last decade, I’ve refined these systems and skills alongside my professional clients, leveraging research on data-driven best practices. My coaching training from UC Davis and Harvard Medical School also informs this course.
These are two of eight modules from Life, Managed, available now. Life, Managed will cover six more skills: goal setting, stressor and stress management, habits, mind management, and downtime.
Students of The Time & Task Audit will get 25% off Life, Managed when it launches.
