confidence + clarity for your career transition

Most people try to change careers by updating their resume and scrolling job boards. They skip the foundational work — and then wonder why nothing feels right. Or they get clear about what they want but have no strategy for actually getting there.
The Re-Design Method solves both problems. It's three methods, designed to work together: first, you define what matters most. Then, you find the career that fits. Finally, you land it. No guessing. No settling. But a structured, evidence-based process that moves you from confusion to clarity to action.

You don't want to stay where you are. But you're worried you'll leave your current role only to end up in another one that doesn't fit.
You've been going back and forth between the same few options — and you're no closer to choosing.
You scroll job boards feeling simultaneously overwhelmed by options and underwhelmed by everything you see.
You have the experience, but you can't seem to tell your story in a way that makes hiring managers pay attention.
Perhaps you've known what you want to do for a while — but you haven't taken the first step, and you're not sure why.
You're so drained by your current role that you can't imagine finding the energy to plan what's next.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
When I worked as a lawyer, I knew early on that something wasn't right. But I argued against my own intuition for years. "It's not the job, it's me. This is a great job, objectively. I don't know what I'll do instead, so I'll stay until I know." I stayed until I was stuck, disengaged, and depleted — waiting for clarity to arrive on its own. But it didn't.
What finally shifted was a question I'd been too afraid to ask: If fear weren't running the show, what would I choose?
I was there, TOO.
When I was honest with myself, it was clear that practicing law was not my calling. But when I finally decided to make a change, I looked for a roadmap — a structured process for figuring out what was next — but I couldn't find one that made sense to me. I wanted to feel like I was doing my due diligence with this important decision. And I wanted a framework I could trust, backed by research and real data.
The process I wanted didn't exist. So I built it. First for myself. Then for my clients. And spent the next decade pressure-testing it through hundreds of client transitions.
I know what it feels like to stay too long. I also know what it feels like to arrive.
THAT'S WHY I DO THIS WORK.

Many are tempted to start with a generic resume and then scroll LinkedIn. The Re-Design Method is a complete career transition system — and the most powerful results come from working through all three methods in sequence. Each one builds on the last. Together, they take you from self-discovery to your next role.
three METHODS,
one transformation
METHOD 01:
Through guided exercises, you'll identify your core values, define your non-negotiables, and build a personal Career Compass organized into three tiers: must-haves, important-to-haves, and nice-to-haves. This becomes the filter you'll use to evaluate every career option that follows.
If we skip this step, we may chase job titles instead of building a life and work that fit together. Career Compass ensures you never settle for work that looks good on paper but feels wrong in practice.

METHOD 02:
You'll generate possibilities you've never considered, evaluate them against your Career Compass, research the ones that survive, and arrive at a decision you trust.
Without it, you risk building a beautiful resume for the wrong career. With it, you walk into your job search knowing — not hoping, not guessing — exactly what you're going after and why. And once you know, the motivation and tenacity to get there follow.

METHOD 03:
Through expert-guided modules, you'll build a personal brand that communicates your value, craft a resume and cover letters designed to open doors, optimize your LinkedIn profile, and develop interview skills that let you show up with confidence — not a script.
Even the right career direction can stall at the application stage. For Hire ensures you don't just know what you want — you know how to go get it.

Through the Catalyst Questions in Career Clarity, one answer changed everything: "I find really difficult recipes and try to master them. Then I figure out how to make them better." That answer had nothing to do with medicine — but it was honest. She wrote "recipe developer" on her ideation list, evaluated it in the Career Matrix, researched it, had conversations, and eventually attended culinary school.
Recipe development became her career. She now creates and tests recipes professionally, and she'll tell you it's the most fulfilling work she's ever done.
Emma came to The Re-Design Method convinced she needed to become a doctor — but she hadn't gone to medical school. Instead, she'd landed in public health and was miserable.
The Re-Design Method gave her permission to explore without judgment — and the structure to evaluate without overwhelm.

All three courses are self-paced. Clients can complete the full method in as little as one month - your pace is determined by how thorough you wish to be and the time you choose to commit.
Absolutely. The courses give you the frameworks and tools. Coaching gives you a thinking partner for the nuances, the stuck points, and the accountability. Many clients pair the two - usually one session after completing each method.
How long will it take?
What's the Strategy Session?
Can I add 1:1 coaching?
What if I'm not sure what I want?
The Re-Design Diagnostic is a free self-assessment that points you to the right starting place - whether it's Method 01, 02, or 03. It will help us understand where you're at in your career transition and what you need - whether it's clarity about what you work must-haves, a clear career trajectory, strategy to be effective in the job market, or all of the above. The results of the Diagnostic will include a curated recommendation on which methods will be most beneficial.
What's the Diagnostic?
What if I know what I want?
Even people who know their direction find Method 01 valuable — it gives you a rubric for evaluating opportunities so you don't just land any job, you land the right one. And if your career direction is more gut feeling than a confident choice, Method 02 will move you from "I think this is right" to "I know this is right."
The Strategy Session is a live, 1:1 conversation where we define a curated career transition strategy for you. I can also help you assess if any of the re-design methods will be beneficial. It is complimentary.
Many clients begin coaching with a feeling that something isn't working in their careers, but they aren't sure what they need. You don't need to know what you want from this exploration before you begin — clarity is the output of the process, not the prerequisite.
How can I stay accountable?
Each method stands on its own, so you can utilize any of them, individually. That said, the most transformative results come from the complete method. Not sure where to start? That's exactly what The Re-Design Diagnostic was designed to reveal.
Do I need all three methods?
(1) Throughout your Re-Design, you'll be receiving milestone check-ins from me via email to see where you're at and how you're progressing. (2) Every method includes ways to break-through common stuck points experienced by former clients - I hope these serve you in staying engaged throughout. (3) If you need extra support, you can always book a 1:1 coaching session to overcome an obstacle or to get a working session.

STILL DECIDING?
If you're still deciding, that makes sense — your career deserves a thoughtful decision. But here's what I know after a decade of helping people through this exact moment: the difference between people who re-design their careers and people who keep thinking about it is the decision to start.
If you're not ready for the full method, take the free Diagnostic. If you want to talk it through, book a Strategy Session. There's a right entry point for where you are. The only wrong move is staying stuck.
