This module walks you through each step to establish your personal brand. Think of your brand as the takeaway you want a hiring manager to have about you. Effective personal branding means your audience won’t have to work to discern how you’ll make a contribution. You have distilled your value proposition for them, communicating it with ease.

RESUMES THAT WORK
Your resume is the most important component of your job application. It can open doors – and close them. In this module, we’ll cover the two audiences you need to consider when crafting your resume. We’ll also discuss tactics for the three types of resumes you’ll need. You'll also get a selection of resume templates that incorporate resume best practices.
Cover letters are an often missed opportunity to reveal something more than what’s in your resume – they help an employer know you, like you, and trust you. You’ll walk away from this module with three distinct, strategic cover letter approaches and a clear gameplan. And some important tips on cover letter formatting.

LINKEDIN PROFILE DESIGN
LinkedIn is an essential hub for hiring managers to connect, recruit, and learn more about a potential hire. This module will include all the strategic steps you can take to create a LinkedIn profile that works for you, not against you. By the end, you’ll know what edits you need to make on your profile to help it shine.

JOB SEARCH STRATEGY
Whether you’re preparing to apply or are already applying, this module will help you be efficient and effective with your applications. We’ll talk about ways to structure your approach so that you're a competitive candidate. I'll share common pitfalls to avoid. You’ll also walk away with an action plan on leveraging relationships – the “secret job market.”
INTERVIEW CONFIDENCE
The interview preparation strategy I provide in this module is probably counter to most of what you’ve been told. Learn the three things you want to teach your audience in an interview and skills to help them stay engaged. My approach to interviews will help you feel confident and ease anxiety.
